| Abstract: | Представлені результати досліджень по розробці складу вогнестійкого пок- риття на основі лужних золів тетраетоксисиланів. Показано, що золі ТЕОС, отримані в лужній області рН, мають низьку в'язкість, рівномірно покривають волокна ниток тканини захисних костюмів пожежних, досить стійкі в інтервалі температур 20-500ºС, тому оброблену тканину можна сушити при 60 ºС без ризику втрати цілісності покриття. Досліджено вогнестійкість одержаних покриттів. Показано, що багатократне просочування тканини з наступним сушінням при 60ºС забезпечує збільшення вогнестійкості тканини від 10 до 18 с. |
| Description: | The results of research on the development of the composition of flame retardant coatings based on the alkali tetraethoxysilane sols are presented. It was shown that the ТЕОС sols obtained in the alkaline region of pH have a low viscosity, evenly cover fibers of yarns of fabrics of protective suits of firefighters, are sufficiently stable in the temperature range of 20-500ºС, therefore the treated fabric can be dried at 60ºС without the risk of loss of integrity of the coating. The fire resistance of the obtained coatings was studied. It was shown that repeated impregnation of the tissue with subsequent drying at 60ºС provides for an increase in the fire resistance of the fabric from 10 to 18 seconds. |
