Визначенні основні помилкові дії, що допускаються КГП, та чинники допущення цих помилок. Наголошено на необхідності розробки психодіагностичного інструментарію, направленого на профілактику суб’єктивних чинників виникнення помилкових дій. |
| Опис: | The article deals with an erroneous actions permitted by firefighting teams leaders during their professional activities. It is noted that while performing the tasks assigned to the firefighting team leader, he must make decisions that are executed by all parties to fire suppression, the correctness of which depends on the success of fire suppression. Errors permitted by firefighting leader in decision-making can cause increasing of fire damage from it, injuries and deaths. It has been determined that the problem of firefighting leader errors is related to his quality as a free man and thus the responsibility for his own actions. Using of expert survey method in the article allowed to determine erroneous actions permitted by leaders of fire extinguishing and subjective and objective factors of these errors. The necessity of developing psychodiagnostic toolkit, aimed at preventing the emergence of subjective factors such as erroneous actions that are totally dependent on the fire extinguishing leader and therefore amenable to correction. |
