МЕХАНИЗМ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЯ МЕЖДУНАРОДНОГО СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВА

Abstract

The organizational and legal mechanism of state regulation of the formation of international environment formation for higher education institutions’ cooperation and also for teachers’ and students’ academic mobility is analyzed in the article. It is caused by that fact that integration of the higher education system of Ukraine into the world higher education system while preservation and development of the Ukraine’s high school achievements is one of the principles of state policy in education. The problem of research is determined by the contradiction between the increased need for identifying of the main directions that are the basis of international activity of the modern educational institution, on the one hand, and by the insufficient theoretical and methodological elaboration of the ways of this activity implementing in the context of Ukraine's integration into European educational space, on the other hand.
