| Abstract: | У статті висвітлено основні аспекти управління персоналом, на етапі оновлення економіки. На перше місце винесено накопичений світовий і національний досвід, розглянутий в стислому вигляді в рамках уявлення еволюційно-історичних періодів розвитку науки про персонал. Вивчення якісної трансформації професійних характеристик персоналу й розгляд сучасного етапу розвитку теорії та практики управління персоналом, а також зв'язку його з новими технологічними укладами, дозволили виявити потрібні напрямки в системі освіти й професійної підготовки сучасних працівників |
| Description: | In this article, attention is paid to the main aspects of personnel management at the stage of economic renewal. The first place is taken by the accumulated world and national experience, considered in a condensed form as part of the presentation of the evolutionary-historical periods of the development of personnel science. The study of the qualitative transformation of the professional characteristics of the personnel and the consideration of the current stage in the development of the theory and practice of personnel management, as well as its connection with new technological structures, made it possible to identify the necessary areas in the education and training of modern employees |
