Abstract: The mathematical model of heat transfer in the perspective heat shielding means for rescuers that has a two-layer woven shell with air layer, water and ice or water cooling system takes into account the effect of temperature of environment, thermal properties of layers and geometric parameters of the shell phase transformation of refrigerant (ice into water) and further heat exchange, energy consumption of a person and the ratio of area, which is covered by cold accumulators and the area under suit space was examined
