МЕТОДОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ОСНОВЫ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ КРИМИНАЛИСТИКИ В УКРАИНЕ

Abstract

The article discusses the regularities of formalized development and ideas about state management of the formation of forensic knowledge to ensure security in the state and the observance of public order, their reflection in the methodology, structure and content of general and particular forensic theories. The result of this analysis are the individual methodological regularities of the state scientific-forensic activities, as well as activities to solve and investigate crimes. The methodological basis of the work was the dialectical-materialistic method of knowledge, the formal-logical approach to the construction of scientific knowledge. In developing a number of provisions, the system and activity approaches were used.
