Abstract: The importance of special attention to extreme psychologists’ education and educational risks’ impact on personality of a student and a lecturer is focused. Usually, sources of educational risks are connected with financial problems, labor market changes, qualification of the universities’ staff, socio-political changes etc. But also, the sources of this type of risks is determined by a human factor. These factors are: biological determination of professional activity, cognitive processes, social and personal features. For extreme psychologist training these factors are connected with special conditions of their professional activity, for example, with early professional burning. As well as an issue was raised about needing of a special program of development for indicating and preventing educational risks in training of extreme psychologists.
